⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your MakeMeTop account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, password
- Business Profiles: All business listings you created
- Reviews & Ratings: All reviews and ratings you posted
- Photos & Media: All uploaded images and videos
- Subscription Data: Payment history and billing information
- Analytics Data: All tracking and usage data
- Messages: All customer inquiries and communications
What We Retain (Legally Required)
For legal and regulatory compliance, we may retain:
- Transaction Records: Kept for 7 years per tax laws
- Legal Compliance Data: Data required by law enforcement or court orders
- Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
Retention Period: Legal data is retained for up to 7 years, then permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the MBP app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion by entering your password
- Your account will be deleted within 30 days
Option 2: Email Deletion Request
If you can't access the app, send an email to:
Email: abrarrtallks@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request - MBP
Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your phone number (if registered)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We'll process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once completed.
Option 3: Request via Website
Visit our website contact form:
Go to MakeMeTop.in
Select "Account Deletion Request" and submit your details.
Deletion Timeline
📅 Processing Time:
- Request Received: Confirmation email sent immediately
- Grace Period: 7 days (you can cancel deletion during this time)
- Data Deletion: Complete within 30 days of request
- Final Confirmation: Email sent once deletion is complete
Cancel Deletion Request
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 7 days of your deletion request:
- Log in to your account (if still active)
- Or email us at abrarrtallks@gmail.com with subject "Cancel Account Deletion"
Note: After 7 days, deletion cannot be canceled.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- ❌ You cannot log in with your credentials
- ❌ All business profiles are permanently removed
- ❌ Reviews and ratings are deleted
- ❌ You cannot recover any data
- ✅ Your email address becomes available for re-registration after 90 days
