    By using MakeMeTop (MMT / MMTBP / MakeMeTop Business Profile / makemetop.in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MakeMeTop platform (the "Service"), including its website at makemetop.in and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. MakeMeTop is operated from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MakeMeTop. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Business owners submitting listings must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the business being listed.

3. User Accounts

To list a business or write a review, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. MakeMeTop is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Business Listings

When submitting a business listing on MakeMeTop:

All information must be accurate, truthful, and up to date
You must be the owner or authorized representative of the business
Listings are subject to review and approval by our team within 24 hours
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our guidelines
Fake, duplicate, or misleading business listings are strictly prohibited
Images uploaded must be owned by you or you must have rights to use them
Your MakeMeTop Business Profile (MMTBP) will be publicly visible and indexed by Google Search
Business descriptions are limited to 300 words

5. Reviews & Ratings

When posting reviews on MakeMeTop:

Reviews must be genuine and based on real personal experience with the business
You may post one review per business per account
Reviews may not contain defamatory, abusive, or illegal content
Review descriptions are optional but limited to 300 characters when provided
Fake reviews — whether positive or negative — are strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MakeMeTop:

False, misleading, or deceptive information
Content that is obscene, offensive, or harmful
Content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Spam, bulk submissions, or automated content
Content that promotes illegal activities
Hate speech or content that discriminates against any group
Personal information of others without their consent

7. Intellectual Property

The MakeMeTop platform, its branding (including the MMT, MMTBP, and MakeMeTop Business Profile names and logos), and all platform content created by us are owned by MakeMeTop and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (business photos, descriptions) but grant MakeMeTop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on our platform and in Google Search results for the purpose of promoting your business.

8. Premium Services

MakeMeTop offers optional premium listing plans and boost ads for a fee. Premium services are governed by their specific terms at the time of purchase. Basic listings remain free forever. Premium features and pricing may change with advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

MakeMeTop provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business information submitted by users or for any transactions or disputes between users and businesses listed on our platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MakeMeTop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MakeMeTop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email.
