The basic MakeMeTop Business Profile (MMTBP) listing is completely free of charge. There is nothing to refund for free listings. Refund policies only apply to our paid premium services.
MakeMeTop offers optional premium listing plans (currently ₹499/month) for enhanced visibility across Srinagar and J&K.

Please include your registered email address, the date of payment, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

MakeMeTop's payment gateway for premium services is currently being set up. When it goes live, all transactions will be securely processed and this refund policy will apply in full. Any early-access or pilot payments made will be fully honoured under this policy.
